Exo Terra Plantation Soil is a 100% natural terrarium substrate for frogs, salamanders, and other humidity-loving reptiles and amphibians. Made from compressed coconut husk from the plantations of tropical Asia, extremely absorbent plantation soil can be used as bedding, an incubation medium or planting substrate, and is naturally bacterial and fungal resistant. This substrate is an excellent choice as a nutritional planting soil for living plants in a live terrarium setup. Ideal for increasing humidity in the terrarium, just use misting or spray systems.  Just add food/water bowls, cage decor, and some hides, and your terrarium will be all set! If your animal needs extra heating or lighting, make sure you are using the appropriate materials. We have two sizes available: 3.6qt or 7.2 qt
