Painted Reptile is a Los Angeles based exotic animal pet store focusing on the world of reptiles, amphibians and insects.  Located in the San Fernando Valley, we have one of the largest display rooms on our side of Los Angeles. We work hard to keep the exotic side of the pet world alive and thriving by bringing you the greatest prices and latest in supplies.  We carry all the biggest and newest brands, and we stock over 1000 different items.  We carry feeders, incubators, hooks, tongs, books, cages, substrate, lighting, cage decor, rocks and more.  Painted Reptile offers boarding and multiple in-store reptile services and in-home reptile services. 

Here at the Painted Reptile we also strive to bring customers the highest quality animals and livestock.  At Painted Reptile we offer beautiful reptiles, amphibians, invertebrates and occasionally mammals.  With everything from beginner level reptiles to the latest in high-end reptile morphs. We welcome all stages of reptile keepers and are here to support beginners and first time reptile keepers. There are no stupid questions at The Painted Reptile, as we are here to help!  Our customers are like family and we love making you feel at home! 

The Painted Reptile is the only store with educational reptiles housed directly on-site to create a learning environment for guests and customers a like. So, stop by to meet a snake, pet a gecko or observe many of our other educational reptiles.  We also pride ourselves on our reptile rescue numbers and our continued efforts to find reptiles new homes when they are no longer able to stay with they owners.
